we are down the street from Jillian’s. The Waumbec Commercial Center is the same mill that Vertical Dreams is located

From Boston via Route 93N to Route 293N

Take Route 93 North into NH. After Exit 5 (North Londonderry) turn left onto Route 293N continue past Exit 2 Brown Ave (the airport exit) you will pass over the Merrimack River get into the right lane. Route 101 & Route 293 splits, stay on Route 293N & continue to Exit 5 Granite St. Turn right off of the ramp (go over the Merrimack River), then turn left on Commercial St. You will see Jillian’s on the left, pass by the next mill (Autodesk) and we are in the next mill on the left (Waumbec Commercial Center). We are located at the South Entrance closest to the Autodesk.

From Boston via Route 128N to Route 3N (toll road)

Take Route 128N to Route 3N into NH. Once in Bedford you will pass through a tollbooth. You will pass by Macys on the left, continue straight towards Manchester (this is Route 293N). Take exit 5 Granite St. Turn right off of the ramp (go over the Merrimack River), and then turn left on Commercial St. You will see Jillian’s on the left, pass by the next mill (Autodesk) and we are in the next mill on the left (Waumbec Commercial Center). We are located at the South Entrance closest to the Autodesk.


From North of Manchester via Route 93S (toll road) to Route 293S

Take Route 93S towards the Hooksett tollbooth. After the tollbooth stay straight towards Manchester’s mill yard. Take exit 6 then merge into the rotary take your first street on the right (Amoskeag St) After the 1st light stay to the right and take Canal St. You’ll come upon a light, turn right onto Commercial St (you will see Fratello's on the left). The Waumbec Commercial Center is about 6/10 of a mile on the right. We are located at the South Entrance closest to the Autodesk.

Note: Exit 5 is current under construction & will soon be available to take from Route 293N. Once available turn left off the ramp onto Granite St (go over the Merrimack River), and then turn left on Commercial St. You will see Jillian’s on the left, pass by the next mill (Autodesk) and we are the third mill on the left (Waumbec Commercial Center). We are located at the South Entrance closest to the Autodesk.


From the NH Seacoast via Route 101W/Route 293N

Take Route 101W towards Manchester. After exit 1 (Auburn) Route 101 intersects with Route 93S, stay to the left and continue one 101W. Then merge right when Route 93S & Route293/Route101W splits. Continue past Exit 2 Brown Ave (the airport exit) you will pass over the Merrimack River get into the right lane. Route 101 & Route 293 splits, stay on Route 293 & continue to Exit 5 Granite St. Turn right off of the ramp (go over the Merrimack River), then turn left on Commercial St. You will see Jillian’s on the left, pass by the next mill (Autodesk) and we are in the next mill on the left (Waumbec Commercial Center). We are located at the South Entrance closest to the Autodesk.

From the Monadnock Region via Route 101E to Route 293N

Take 101E towards Manchester. Continue on Route 101E when Route 101E turns right at Bedford Four Corners. After passing Macy’s on the left take exit for Route 293N stay on Route 293 & continue to Exit 5 Granite St. Turn right off of the ramp (go over the Merrimack River), then turn left on Commercial St. You will see Jillian’s on the left, pass by the next mill (Autodesk) and we are in the next mill on the left (Waumbec Commercial Center). We are located at the South Entrance closest to the Autodesk.

Please note: A to Z Sports Cards entrance is on the south side (left side) of the Waumbec Mill (next to the Autodesk Mill)
